You will understand everything and if you don’t understand it, just tell us. We want you to understand real estate and how it all works!

If at any point you are not happy, we will cancel our contract with you! Home buying and selling should be fun, stressful but fun! If you can’t talk to your realtor, you need a new realtor! We are licensed for the whole state of Indiana but we will only work about a 60 mile radius of Fort Wayne. The rest of the state we don’t know as well and can’t give you good guidance.
