When looking at real estate a lot of times people don’t even know what questions they should be asking. With our approach, we will answer all of your questions and give you answers to questions you may not have even thought about.

We Would Love You to Interview Us

When meeting a new realtor for you to help buy or sell a home, you should interview them, really you should interview three!  Have a set of questions that will make you feel comfortable working with them.  You need to feel comfortable, you need to believe in them, and you need to know you can ask them anything.  Please, give us a chance to earn your business!

Malone Ward Commitment

  • We will have complete transparency-you may not like or agree with what we say, but it will be spelled out in an easy to understand format.
  • Fees-We will explain to you what you are responsible for and what you are not responsible for when it comes to costs and fees. You will know cost of something before signing anything. At least you will know what we believe will be your costs.
  • Our goal is to explain to you what is happening in each step of the way. If you don’t understand, please let us know. Sometimes realtors speak a different language and we forget not everyone knows what we are saying. We are happy to explain at anytime.
  • You will get a returned phone call or email within 24 hours, normally within 12 hours! This includes nights and weekends. We do ask for understanding if the response back is that “we are with our family and will get back to you as soon as we can.”
  • We agree that you will pay for the work done at the agreed upon price, not charged more! Sometime you may even get a check back from us at closing. This is not normal though
  • We will work in YOUR best interest! Now, this doesn’t mean we aren’t going to be fair to everyone, but we will not disclose any of your information to anyone without your consent. With that being said, the managing broker of Malone Ward is entitled to any and all information. He is ultimately responsible for the sale of your home.
  • Speaking of which, the managing broker is Tony Doepker-(260) 580-2493. He is always available to you. Same response time for him.
  • If you are listing your home with Malone Ward you will be called once a week with a status update of the selling of your home.
  • If you are doing an hourly pay, you will receive an update billing invoice once a month. More often if you request it.
  • We work for you! If at any time you would like to cancel our contract please just let us know. We will make it happen. If you are doing an hourly rate, you will be billed for the hours worked.
  • Malone Ward also has the right to terminate a contract if we don’t believe things are working out between us.
